Apple pie, in a bite! Bite size tarts are filled with apple butter and topped with streusel.

1 box refrigerated pie crusts (or your favorite pie crust recipe)
1/4 cup apple butter
Streusel:
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons butter, softened
