Apple Caramel Brownies

Delicious and moist Apple Caramel Brownies made with fresh Granny Smith apples and Belgium chocolate and topped with swirl of sweet Caramel sauce. Serve with with Vanilla ice cream for the ultimate taste.

4oz Belgium Chocolate (or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips)
1 cup Butter (unsalted & melted)
4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup Cocoa
2 Granny Smith Apples (peeled & chopped)
1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease 9? square brownie/cake pan. In a large bowl beat together melted butter with sugar and vanilla. Slowly add eggs one at the time, beat together.
