Apple Crisp with Secret Maple Topping

This really takes a basic apple crisp to a whole new level! Super easy to throw together and always a hit in my house!

- 3 large apples (I used gala in this batch but whatever you have on hand is fine, green also add a wonderful tarteness)

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

- 1/2 tsp ginger

- 1 1/2 cups Oatmeal Crisp Cereal (Maple Nut flavor)

- 3/4 cup margarine
