Apple Pie Cheesecake

This delicious Apple Pie Cheesecake is a merger of two excellent desserts. The apple pie filling sits on top of a wonderful low-fat cheesecake surrounded by a crunchy, crumbly graham cracker crust. The flavors compliment each other beautifully!

1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 Cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 (8oz) packages Neufchatel cheese
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Ingredients for Topping:
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling or homemade fresh or fresh or frozen apple pie filling(that's what I'm doing)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
