Apple Pie with Crumb Topping is a deliciously sweet apple pie recipe. I love the oat crumb topping and the caramel ice cream topping. A flaky pie crust filled with cinnamon apple filling and topped with your favorite crumb topping makes this the BEST Apple Pie ever. Don't forget the ice cream on top!

1 pie pastry
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
5 1/2 cup apples ( peeled and thinly sliced )
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup caramel ice cream sauce
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
