Apple Pork Chops
This is one of my favorite recipes that I think I have made a couple hundred times

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 lb boneless pork chops
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 large apple, cored and sliced thin
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup white wine
