Apple Toffee Dip

This simple fruit dip is creamy and full of little bits of toffee. It goes perfectly with a fresh, crisp apples slices, and you can dress it up a bit by serving it in a hollowed out apple!

8oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4oz toffee baking bits
3 Honeycrisp apples
1 Red Delicious apple
1-2 tbsp lemon juice

Beat together the cream cheese, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the toffee bits. Hollow out the Red Delicious apple, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Fill the apple...
