Artichokes a la Polita

One of the best ways to have your artichokes. Cooked with potatoes, carrots and flavored with the right amount of dill this dish will make your mouth water. At the end I add Egg-Lemon Sauce for a creamier result. Superb!

1 kilo artichoke hearts
4 large potatoes cut in four pieces
3 green onions
2 red onions
½ green pepper cut in two
3 carrots cut in half
2 cloves garlic
½ cup white wine
3 tablespoons chopped dill
1 chicken bouillon cube or chicken broth
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

EGG-LEMON SAUCE

3 lemons
3 eggs
Corn flour
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons water
