Lovely trendy biryani rice of all Asian countries

* 1000 grams chicken
* 3 cups rice boil
* 2 onions slice
* 1 tomato chopped
* 1/2 cup yogurt
* 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon full red chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
* 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
* 2 pinch orange food color
* 1/2 cup oil
* 1 teaspoon aroma essence or biryani essence
* 5 or 6 green chillies
* 1 table all spice whole( cinnamon, black pepper , spice leave)
In a big wok heat oil cook onion till golden and crispy keep onion aside in a plate then add all whole spice in oil then add chicken and ginger garlic paste. Cook two or three minutes then add salt, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder and tomatoes when the tomatoes totally cooked add yogurt and half a cup water to cook on medium flame. After 15 minutes add rice over ur chicken in woke then in center sprinkle food color and essence and cover the lid dimer for 5 minutes on low flame. Now mix the rice and chicken Asian aroma rice is ready.
