This Asian Nicoise Salad is healthy spin on the classic that uses a sesame ginger vinaigrette and seared tuna steaks for a healthy, whole30 compliant paleo-friendly meal that’s packed with protein!

For the Salad:
6 ounces creamer potatoes, about 6 small potatoes
salt
2 eggs
1/2 large red bell pepper, cut into large cubes
1 small bunch asparagus
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
8 ounces ahi tuna steaks, 2 small steaks
6 cups spinach, packed
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tablespoons sliced black olives
4 teaspoons capers
For the Vinaigrette:
1 tablespoon coconut aminos, plus 1 teaspoon
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
