Asian Pork Spare Ribs

There are two things that make this pork spare ribs finger licking, bone falling off the meat good! The ribs have been rubbed down in a dry rub using great spices. These ribs have also marinated for 2 days in a marinade that has been unlocked from our friend\\\'s family vault. It\\\'s a Asian marinade rich in the flavors of garlic, soy sauce, honey and more!

1 1/2 pound pork spare ribs
Dry Rub:
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 12 teaspoons sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
Marinade:
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 heads of minced garlic
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons honey
