Asian Turkey Meatballs with Citrus Sesame Drizzle

Juicy turkey meatballs, seasoned with Asian flavors like ginger, garlic, and scallions. Finished with a sesame-lime drizzle.

Meatballs
1/4 c. Panko bread crumbs
1 1/4 lbs. 93% lean ground turkey breast
1 egg
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 minced clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
3 scallions chopped
1 tbsp low- sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil

Drizzle
4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp scallion, finely sliced
Preheat oven to 500 Mix meatball ingredients by hand until well-combined. Shape 1/4 c. of the mixture into a ball and place on greased cookie sheet (with a raised edge). Repeat, making 12 meatballs. Bake about 15 minutes, or until fully cooked. To make the drizzle, wisk together remaining ingredients. Drizzle on cooked meatballs or serve on the side as a dip.
