4 cups cooked rice
Toppings of choice, such as:

Halved grape tomatoes
Slice d water chestnuts
Slice d green onions
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sli vered almonds
Chopped peanuts
Chow mein noodles
Pineapple chunks
