Aunt Bee's Creamy Italian Garden Salad with Grilled Chicken

Ya'll know how much I love to find new ways to use up my leftovers! I knew today was going to be a crazy busy day so I planned ahead when making our subs last night, to chop extra veggies and double the Creamy Italian Parmesan Dressing. It made an INCREDIBLY delicious salad, topped with leftover marinated and seared chicken breast.

Ingredients for Creamy Italian Parmesan Dressing
1/4 cup of your favorite bottled Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 TBSP grated Parmesan Cheese

Creamy Italian Garden Salad with Chicken Ingredients
Iceburg Lettuce
Red Onion
Black Olives
Banana Peppers
Tomato
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Croutons
4 Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced
Creamy Parmesan Italian Dressing
Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth. Store in fridge until ready to top the salad. Layer salad ingredients in the order listed from top to bottom. Serve Immediately. Enjoy!
