I woke up to 2 sick kiddos yesterday. Bless them. On the way to the kitchen for one of my many trips for medicine, popsicles, ice water, and soup, I quickly scanned my refrigerator door for my menu plan to see what would be the easiest, most hands off thing to make for dinner. 1 Onion, sliced thin
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 (15oz) jar Alfredo Sauce
1 (14.5oz) can Petite Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
1 (8oz) pouch Old El Paso roasted tomato Mexican cooking sauce
8 oz uncooked Penne Pasta
2 TBSP cornstarch
2 TBSP cold water
Shredded Italian Cheese
