Aunt Bee's Make Ahead French Toast & Bacon Casserole

This is one of our favorite Holiday breakfast treats! We love to have it Christmas morning because it is so delicious and I can prep it the night before and then just stick it in the oven when we get up in the morning!

Butter, For Greasing
1 loaf Crusty Sourdough
1 (24 oz) package Wright Brand Applewood smoked bacon, chopped and cooked EXTRA CRISPY
8 whole Eggs
2 cups Whole Milk
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
Topping
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 stick very Cold Butter, Cut Into Pieces
