Aunt Bee's Semi-Homemade Hawaiian Chicken Pizza

We love to have 'Semi-Homemade Pizza Night'! We get the dough from publix bakery and make our favorite pizzas! Even S'mores Dessert Pizza!

1 package of Publix Pizza Dough (Found in the bakery)
Sauce using equal parts Marinara sauce and 'Honey' Baked Ham Hickory Honey Mustard
Ham
Chicken, cooked and chopped
Shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
Canned pineapple, drained

1 hour before time to make the pizza, get the dough out of the fridge, sit it on the counter, leaving it inside the bag to rise for 1 hour. When ready to prepare pizza, spray a cookie sheet or large pizza...
