My husband learned how to make this while living in France. A french pastry chef taught him the best way to make this french dessert. Serving Size = 1 Slice (tart cut into 8 pieces)

Filling:
5-6 Apples, very crisp
Cinnamon
Sugar

Sauce:
½ cup Crème Fraiche (or just Heavy Cream)
¼ cup Milk
1 Egg
2 heaping Tablespoons of Sugar
½ Tablespoon Vanilla
