Talk about a super simple easy salad side dish that is sweet, tangy and so full of fresh flavor!! All it takes are five ingredients to make this yummy dish.

1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
3-4 strips of jarred roasted red pepper
juice from two limes
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
