1 cup cooked white rice
½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1/3 avocado
½ teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon shredded nori
¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
¼ teaspoon soy sauce, optional

Mix rice, sesame oil and green onion.
Cut the avocado flesh into chunks and spread on top of the rice.
