Bacon and Egg Casserole

This is a great thing to have when you are entertaining over night guests.

4 cups plain croutons
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 eggs, slightly beaten
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 slices bacon
Grease a rectangular casserole dish. Combine the croutons and cheese. Put them in the buttered casserole dish. Combine the milk, eggs, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper. Mix this very well and pour over the croutons and cheese. Now, cook the bacon until it is crisp. Then crumble the bacon over the top of the casserole. Put some extra cheese on top if you like and bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour, covered.

10 oz fresh salmon fillet
1 T butter
4 eggs
1 c Bisquick
1 c whole milk
.25 c sour cream
1 c grated Swiss cheese
3 green onions
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 T finely minced fresh dill

BAKE THE SALMON

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking dish (or a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil) with cooking spray.
