Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dijon or mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
pinch of sea salt
Salad:
Kale, rinsed
4 pieces of bacon, chopped
carton of blueberries, rinsed
1 apple, chopped
4 oz fresh honey goat cheese or fresh goat cheese
honey, drizzled
