Bacon Cheddar Mac and Cheese

Easy homemade mac and cheese and you can't go wrong when you know it has bacon.

8 ounces uncooked pasta, (elbow macaroni, small shells, wheels, etc. what ever you like best)
1/2 pound bacon, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 cups cheddar cheese, divided (i used medium)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon, dried parsley flakes
