1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. non fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. minced pimento
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (I used Cracker Barrel 2% extra sharp)
1 tbsp. shredded monterey jack cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato

In a medium skillet, fry bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel to drain then crumble.
Place mushrooms and onions in a mini food processor and pulse until minced.
