These sweet and soft chocolate truffles feature salty potato chips and crunchy bacon.

1/2 C Cooked bacon (5-6 pcs).
1 C Heavy cream
2 tbsp Butter
12 oz Dark chocolate
1/4 C Potato chip crumbs
For the coating
12 oz Candy coating
