Bacon Tater Egg Cups

Bacon Tater Egg Cups are packed full of protein and veggies! Make ahead and easily reheat. The perfect way to start your day!

24 pieces tater tots, cooked for half of the cooking time required
10 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
½ cup red pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
½ cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
3 slices Lovely Roasted Tomatoes or ? cup sun-dried
12 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon cream or milk
½ cup jack cheese, shredded
