Baked Cheddar Ranch Chicken with Spicy Ranch Dip

This may be the easiest chicken dish....EVER....which makes it perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

For chicken:

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
pepper to taste
Olive oil
For dip:

1 (16 oz) container light sour cream
3 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
1-2 tsp sriracha sauce (depending on how spicy you want your dip)
