1 lb. chicken breasts, thin
2 c. buttermilk
olive oil
1 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. parsley
1 lemon, cut into wedges
