This bake honey garlic sesame chicken is a delicious dinner to serve over rice.

2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast tenders (cut into quarter size cubes)
2 tbsp of olive oil for cooking chicken
½ c. low-sodium soy sauce
½ c. honey
2 tsp minced garlic
Juice of 2 limes ( about 3-4 tbsp lime juice)
¼ c..sesame oil (may substitute with olive oil)
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Sesame seeds and scallions for garnish
salt and pepper
