Baked Pork Chops in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Many sauces can be heavy in fat and calories so it’s important for me to find lower fat alternatives. This lower in fat sauce took these bone-in baked pork chops to an entirely new level and kept them moist and juicy while baking.

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 pork chops (bone in)
1 teaspoon fresh garlic (chopped)
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
5oz cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 pork chops (bone in)
1 teaspoon fresh garlic (chopped)
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
