Baked Salmon Daikon Patties

Very simple snack.

1/2 pound Daikon
2 oz.smoked salmon
1/2 cup bread crumb
1 lemon wedge
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 oz.smoked salmon
1/2 cup bread crumb
1 lemon wedge
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Shred the Daikon. Cut smoked salmon into small pieces.
Mix Daikon, smoked salmon and bread crumb.
Shape the dough into ½-inch thick patties.
Put the patties in a non-stick baking pan, bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves lemon wedge and soy sauce (optional)
