1 yellow onion (large)

2 carrots (medium)
2-3 tomatoes

1 teaspoon sugar
1 bay leaf
4 yellow or green bell peppers
1 eggplant (large)
1 zuchinni (large)
1 tablespoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 cups of water
