A nice hearty muffin, perfect for breakfast or snack!

1 cup quick oats
¾ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup ground flax
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
