1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
4 large very ripe bananas
2 tsp vanilla extract
3¼ cups all-purpose flour
1½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

¾ cup cashew, crushed

1 cup creamy peanut butter
80g unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
100g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Tbps heavy cream or 5 Tbsp cream cheese
CARAMEL BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
