Banana Nut Pudding Cookies

Pudding cookies are some of my favorite cookies, and these are absolutely one of my top favs! Once again, my sons are the true tasters and when they tasted these, they seriously couldn't stop telling me how good they were. These are my rendition of banana pudding cookies, and I do believe they are amazing! Once again though, these are the kind of cookies where you better get one fast because they are gone in a flash! -Robin

3/4 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 large banana, mashed
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) box banana cream instant pudding
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnut
Sugar for sprinkling
