BBQ Chicken Tacos with Easy Purple Slaw

These BBQ Chicken Tacos topped with a super easy purple slaw require no cooking at all except for a little microwave heating. The chicken I used is Farm Rich Smokehouse BBQ Chicken, and it tastes as good homemade. Really!

2 tablespoons mayonnaise, (light works great)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar, (or substitute white wine vinegar)
2 teaspoons dill relish
2 cups shredded purple cabbage
Farm Rich Smokehouse BBQ Pulled Chicken, (or substitute any of the other varieties)
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
8 crunchy taco shells
