1 Tablespoon Hickory-Flavored Liquid Smoke

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Brine
1 Quart Cool Water
