Tonight’s dinner is BBQ Kabobs – these hearty beef kabobs are unbelievably easy to make and they’re so perfect for any weeknight meal!

2 lbs beef cut into 2 inch cubes (I used a London broil)
8 oz button mushrooms
1 lb new potatoes
2 squash, sliced
2 zucchinis, sliced
Marinade
2 Tbsp beef broth
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp steak seasoning (any brand, I used Paula Deen’s Steak Seasoning)
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp rosemary
½ black pepper
