Bean stew

0,500 ?g. White beans
2 carrots
1/2 can of tomatoes or 3 – 4 tablespoons tomato paste
oil
1 large head onion
mint
2 tsp flour
1 cube of broth
1 tsp baking soda
Salt
1. Wash beans and soak in hot water. Enough is about 1 hour long. 2. Drain beans, pour into a saucepan and cover with water. After the first water boils, it is discarded. 3. Add the carrots shredded, tomatoes, broth, mint and 1 tablespoon baking soda. 4. The Bay is approximately 2 l of water. After boiling the meal, allow to boil for about 1 1/2-2 hours more. 5. If necessary, add more salt, to taste. 6. Fry the oil with the flour , chopped onion and red pepper. 7. Then bay the meal.
