1. Wash beans and soak in hot water. Enough is about 1 hour long.
2. Drain beans, pour into a saucepan and cover with water. After the first water boils, it is discarded.
3. Add the carrots shredded, tomatoes, broth, mint and 1 tablespoon baking soda.
4. The Bay is approximately 2 l of water. After boiling the meal, allow to boil for about 1 1/2-2 hours more.
5. If necessary, add more salt, to taste.
6. Fry the oil with the flour , chopped onion and red pepper.
7. Then bay the meal.
