Casseroles are the best way to serve a healthy complete dinner and the flavor medley of this one makes your mouth water

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup margarine
1 can (29 ounces) tomatoes
1 can (16 ounces) tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) mushroom pieces, drained
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 cup cubed American cheese
1/2 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
