Beer Crab

Very easy appetizer using a few ingredients, for crab and beer lovers.

½ cup crab meat
½ cup beer
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Mix beer, sugar, and apple cider vinegar in a small pot. Put crab meat in the beer sauce, simmer for 5 minutes. Take out the crab meat and put on a serving bowl. Pour a little of the beer liquid from the pot over the crab meat. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice and chopped onion, put some on the crab meat. Serve the remaining sauce on the side. Note: You can try any beer you like.
