Beetroot halwa is one of the easiest and delicious Indian dessert recipe.
250 gram grated beetroot
200 ml full-fat whole milk
½ cup condensed milk
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
Few chopped nuts of your choice
2 tablespoon Ghee
200 ml full-fat whole milk

In a heavy a bottom pan, heat a tablespoon of ghee on medium flame.
Add grated beetroot and fry it till the raw smell goes.
add 200 ml milk and cook for 2-4 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup condensed milk.
