A delicious and nutritious smoothie recipe that uses frozen mixed berries, kale, banana, yogurt, honey and orange juice. This smoothie makes a great breakfast on the go or summertime snack.

1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup chopped kale
½ banana
2 T plain yogurt
2 t honey
1 cup orange juice
½ cup chopped kale

Add all ingredients to a blender and turn it on to high.
