Bertie’s Easy Fresh Mango Salsa

You won't believe the combination of flavors you get from this Fresh Mango Salsa recipe. The tomatillo's and cucumbers make it taste so refreshing. Add it to a green salad, add it to an omelet with gouda cheese or use put on any kind of grilled fish. Yum!!!!

1 1/2 Cups frozen chunk Mangos
2 Jalapenos peppers (seeded)
2 Serrano peppers (seeded)
2 Tomatillos
4-6 Cloves fresh garlic
1 Cucumber
2 Slices Red Onion
15 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
1 Lime, juiced
1 Small Lemon, juiced
½ tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
½ tsp. Kosher Salt
½ tsp. course ground Pepper
2 Jalapenos peppers (seeded)
2 Serrano peppers (seeded)
2 Tomatillos
4-6 Cloves fresh garlic
1 Cucumber
2 Slices Red Onion
15 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
1 Lime, juiced
1 Small Lemon, juiced
½ tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
½ tsp. Kosher Salt
½ tsp. course ground Pepper
Wash and prep your vegetables start chopping your fresh ingredients one at a time and transferring them to your storage bowl or container. After all ingredients have been chopped, finish up with the juice of the lime and lemon, add seasonings listed, more or less to taste.
I use this salsa to garnish my grilled fish and salmon, add it to your omelet with sliced Gouda cheese and my all time favorite.....put a couple tablespoons of this salsa in your salad made of romaine, mixed spring green lettuces and drizzle some ranch dressing and wow, your family will think they died and gone to heaven!
