Best darn ribs ever they take a little time but they are SO WORTH it!

This makes a wonderful, tender moist rib, check out my recipes for Rubs, seasonings, marinades and more


Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 package of country style ribs or 1 rack pork spareribs I prefer country style ribs because they have much more meat




MARINADE:
1 c original sweet baby rays bbq sauce(or Your favorite)
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2-3 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp grill-mates mesquite seasoning
1/4 c cola (not diet)
1/4 c bourbon, optional
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp adobo seasoning

RUB:
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic power
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground red pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp kosher salt
How to Cook these: Prepare pork ribs the night before Lay Rack on a large cutting board. Trim off excess meat flap because it won't cook the same as the rib meat. (Baby ribs don't come with any extra flaps...

Homemade Multigrain Bread

The combination of all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour make for a soft, delicious multigrain bread perfect for sandwiches. Once you start making your own bread at home, you may never go to the grocery store bread aisle again. This is a delicious sandwich bread that the whole family will enjoy. Soft like white bread, but with the added benefits of whole wheat flour. Allow your baked loaves to cool before slicing. You can store the extra loaf tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

2 cups milk
1 cup old fashioned oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
5 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons active dry yeast
2 eggs
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups all purpose flour
extra butter
1 tablespoons oats

  • Heat milk in microwave until just boiling. Pour into free standing mixer bowl (or into large bowl to mix and knead by hand).
