1 Box brownie mix
1 Box Strawberry cake mix
2-3 tubs White Icing
1 Box Strawberry cake mix
2-3 tubs White Icing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line two muffin pans with cupcake liners.
Prepare brownie mix according to box. Fill cupcake liners a little less than 1/2 with brownie mix. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Meanwhile, prepare strawberry cake mix according to box.
When brownies are cool, add cake mix to the liners. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until done.
Let cool.
Fill a piping bag with icing. Press tip in the top of the cupcake and fill cupcake with icing. Ice top.
(If you don't like strawberry cake you can also use cherry chip, or vanilla cake)
