As a base to several meals, Best Taco Meat Mix is a handy trick to have in your creative meal arsenal! This mix will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator, and up to 3 months in the freezer.

1 15-oz can EACH
Corn
Pinto Beans
Black Beans
Chili with or without Beans
Diced Stewed Tomatoes with Chilis (mild or hot to taste)
1 4-oz can Sliced Olives
½ LB low fat hamburger
½ LB Sausage (or omit sausage and just use 1 LB hamburger)
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 C. Chopped Onion
1 Spray Non-Stick Spray
1 Packet Taco seasoning (or for less salt, make your own and use it)
1 packet Ranch Salad Dressing
