A soft, chewy oatmeal cookie made with Biscoff Spread and butternut squash.

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butternut squash puree
1/3 cup Biscoff Spread
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick oats
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
