A spin-off of the classic Snickerdoodle cookie that everyone loves using my new obsession. Biscoff Spread. You'll love the deep, rich gingerbread-like flavor that Biscoff Spread gives to this wonderfully chewy cookie.

1 and 1/2 cups sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick), softened

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup Biscoff Spread

2 eggs

2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon cream of tartar (Do not omit)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon
