Celebrate Jerry Seinfeld's favorite cookie by making these tasty Black & White Cookies. Equal parts white and milk chocolate ensures the perfect harmony in each bite.

3/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
3 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tbsp shortening
